About the event

The ‘Grand Pacific Tour’ is a new touring program created by Lennox Groove. It provides new and emerging bands a run of 4 to 5 shows over one long weekend along the beautiful east coast of Australia with an emphasis on hitting regional locations.

The first Grand Pacific Tour features indie rock bands Satin Cali and Creep Features who will play shows at Port Macquarie, Southport, Lennox Head and Brisbane on 5 to 8 January 2023. They will be joined by a top local band at each location.

On Friday 6 January 2023 the tour will hit the legendary Vinnies Dive, Southport.  Opening the night on their debut show will be Hypnic Jerks the exciting new project of Mike Watson (WHARVES)

Satin Cali out of the Illawarra have been ripping it up on the live scene with their high paced indie guitar rock.  Their recent single ‘One of These Days’ saw the band breakthrough with UK radio play on BBC1’s ‘Future Artists’ show with Jack Saunders.  Back home Triple J Unearthed and Rage ABC both gave the band heaps of love. Satin Cali are definitely a band on the rise and lovers of top new rock music will be flocking to their shows, so don’t miss out!

Creep Features are a rock duo out of Sydney who take a deep dive into their love of huge hectic indie rock music.  Fans of bands like Royal Blood, Waax, DZ Deathrays and Death From Above will love Creep Feature’s unique take on the genre. The band have been killing it in Sydney with capacity crowds at iconic venues and they are super keen to get their show on the road. Recently featured as Band of the Day by UK tastemakers ‘This Feeling’, Creep Features are definitely a band to check out this early in their career.
