Gold Coast duo the Ruiins' debut single “Eventually” is scheduled to drop next Friday, March 11 with the duo then embarking on a tour along the eastern coastline to showcase their sound.
Together with producer Sean Cook, who had previously worked with duo Big Scary on their LP "Vacation", the Ruiins has developed an upbeat introduction to show the potential that they hold.
Since they first got together in 2015, the Ruiins have developed a style of their own – a mixture of raw blues and vintage acoustic rock. This has earned them support places with names such as Tijuana Cartel’s Black Rabbit George, Wild Honey, and Crooked Colours The Ruiins will be touring up and down the eastern coastline from March 5th to March 19th. The tour kicks off at the Great Northern in Byron Bay on the 5th, and passes by the Bridge Club Captin Cook Hotel in Sydney on the 10th, Waywards on the 11th, Liers Bar in Broadbeach on the 13th, the Milk Factory in Brisbane on the 18th, and finally the Quicky Boardriders in the Gold Coast on the 19th of this month.
